Peak Models & Talent is owned by Natasha Duswalt who worked in the garment industry for more than fifteen years before opening Peak Models & Talent in 1997. Ms. Duswalt continues to be extremely hands-on in all aspects of the agency. Peak Models & Talent also currently represents models in New York, Miami, Las Vegas, Dallas and San Diego.

Craig Duswalt - Co-Owner
Craig Duswalt is America’s Shoestring Budget Coach and is the Founder and author of the One-Hour Book Series and the RockStar Business Seminars, which teach entrepreneurs, small businesses, non-profit organizations, performers and individuals how to market their business or themselves on a shoestring budget. He currently shares his Shoestring Budget System to audiences across America and has published his first four books, Marketing Your Small Business on a Shoestring Budget, Creating Wealth on a Shoestring Budget, Outsourcing Your Small Business on a Shoestring Budget, and Outsourcing Your Life on a Shoestring Budget.
Craig has toured around the world more than ten times with the band Air Supply, as the band’s assistant, and with Guns ‘N Roses, as Axl Rose’s personal manager. He has visited every continent except Antarctica, and he has been to every state in the Untied States, except Alaska.
Craig has appeared as an actor onstage and on television, and in 1996 was awarded a screenwriting fellowship from the Chesterfield Film Company sponsored by Steven Spielberg, Amblin Entertainment and Universal Studios.
An Addy award-winning senior copywriter, Craig decided to open up his own advertising agency, Green Room Design & Advertising in Valencia, CA. Green Room Design & Advertising was chosen as the 2002 Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year.
In 2000, Craig Duswalt was named the Producing Artistic Director at a professional Equity-Waiver theatre in North Los Angeles and opened his own professional theatre a few years later. This is where Craig created his “Shoestring Budget System.” Using this “system” the theatre became an immediate success.
Currently, Craig and his wife, Natasha, a recent cancer survivor, own and operate Peak Models & Talent. In only ten short years this very small business has become a multi-million dollar success story with more than 1,000 clients and representing more than 300 models and actors. Again, Peak Models & Talent’s success is directly attributed to using the techniques of Marketing on a Shoestring Budget.
